Add a Signature in Gmail (Web)

  1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon → See all settings.
  2. In General, scroll to Signature and click Create new.
  3. Name your signature, then paste your HTML in the editor (use the more options menu to insert images by URL).
  4. Under Signature defaults, choose the signature for New emails and Replies/forwards.
  5. Scroll down and click Save Changes.

Tips

  • Keep images hosted and referenced via HTTPS URLs.
  • Use web-safe fonts and clean HTML to ensure cross-client rendering.
  • Avoid oversized images to prevent clipping in recipients' mail clients.
