Add an Email Signature in Thunderbird

Attach a signature file or paste HTML directly in Thunderbird.

1. 1Account Settings → Select your account.
2. 2Check 'Attach the signature from a file' and choose the exported signature.html, or use 'HTML' and paste the code directly.
3. 3Ensure 'Compose messages in HTML' is enabled.
